Weekend Cabin Photography Workshop (APRIL 2023)

APRIL 28-30, 2023

Come learn how to pitch, photograph and execute a cabin photography gig from start to finish. We will be running a cabin photography workshop at Warner's Camp in New York, one of the most prestigious airbnb rentals on the east coast of the United States.

Leave with a polished portfolio that you can leverage to acquire other cabin photography gigs and create a new source of revenue with your camera. Learn how to independently and successfully generate leads and opportunities in this genre of photography based on the techniques and strategies we will showcase and teach. We want to give you the tools to go out and be able to do this comprehensively on your own.

What you can expect to learn:

-how to craft an effective opening email or discussion with a cabin client
-how to create and properly price different photo/video content packages
-what to look for when shooting a cabin beyond simply photographing the place
-how to incorporate apparel and lifestyle into your cabin shoot (Cotopaxi is supplying attendees with merch)
-major do's and don'ts for all cabins
-how to followup and deliver your digital assets
-editing techniques
-how to build a professional portfolio with what you've captured
-ways to think ahead for your cabin client's social media needs
-hacks on how to find cabins that will pay for photography

Included:

- You will have your own private room for your stay
- Breakfast each morning is included.
- Lunches will be included but will be light as to not dirty our shooting space.
- One dinner will be at the cabin and is provided.
- The other dinner will be out in town and not covered in the price of the workshop. For this dinner we will all go and eat together.
